Sprint increased my contract with a new replacement
Sup Everyone!
Has anyone experienced this before? I'm on my 4th Touch Pro and each time Sprint replaced my phone with a new one. This time I noticed that they also increased my contract as well. They said it was because they gave me a new phone but they never increased my contract before. Should I fight this or this really is the policy? |
Re: Sprint increased my contract with a new replacement
I dont know but it sounds like BS to me if its a replacement phone.

Re: Sprint increased my contract with a new replacement
That's what I was thinking. I was like hell, they might as well give me a touch pro 2 then. I've been fortunate enough to get new replacements this whole and they never increased it before until now.

Re: Sprint increased my contract with a new replacement
They tried that when they replaced my second lines' phone, they extended both! I was on the phone for nearly an hour to fix it.

Re: Sprint increased my contract with a new replacement
What you could do is tell them that you will extend for a free TP2. It worked for me. That's if you want a TP2

Its bull. You can activate any phone without a contract. the onlu reason to sign a contract is for the rebate and instant savings on a new phone. I would call up *2 and they should fix it. |
