TouchFlo 3D Does Not Start

When I turned on my phone this morning, it starts up but TouchFlo 3D does not start and I have no signal. I've tried soft reset and removing the battery, but still nothing. Any suggestions?

does the whole phone go slow in general? this happened to me one day and i ended up having to hard reset
