That's what I was thinking. I was like hell, they might as well give me a touch pro 2 then. I've been fortunate enough to get new replacements this whole and they never increased it before until now.

they tried the same crap with me, im on my 4th as well.... finally got my date back to the original, feb2010... now they wont stop callin leavin voice mails about offers to make me sign another 2 years...

They tried that when they replaced my second lines' phone, they extended both! I was on the phone for nearly an hour to fix it.

What you could do is tell them that you will extend for a free TP2. It worked for me. That's if you want a TP2

Its bull. You can activate any phone without a contract. the onlu reason to sign a contract is for the rebate and instant savings on a new phone. I would call up *2 and they should fix it.
