Printing Pictures From a Video

I took a video on my phone of a jack giving me a parking ticket with time remaining in the meter and now I have to contest it. Does anyone know how I can print stills or convert a video file from my TP to pictures?

Pause it and take a screen shot of it, you'll find plenty with a search... Or go to www.freewarepocketpc.net Also, no naughty words please. (It's against the rule book.)

I use my mobiler for screenshots.

Thanks everybody. Maybe I will look into the mobiler. This is what I used and it worked, even though the pictures are low resolution.
