Can the Touch Pro be used as a webcam?

I seem to recall seeing a program that will turn your TP into a webcam and stream it over the net. Sorry I don't remember the name but it is possible.

There are a few programs....Webcam plus comes to mind...

But it makes a very ineffective camera unless you plan on holding it all the time...

There is really no way other than using some jury rigged car mount or docking station to keep the camera pointed where you want it.

Www.qik.com is what I used. I think it worked pretty good for what you have to work with. I'm in Ohio and my dad was able to see some of my daughters soccer game using it. Something is better than nothing. Try it out.

Qik is the best so far and ppcgeeks has a group too. Just go to Qik.com and check it out. Search for the thread too it will pop up.

I use QIK.com 's client to stream video capturred from the camera on the phone to the web where it is saved. check out QIK.com

i downloaded it...but qik moves slow as hell...any way i can get the videos to as close as real time as possible?

and im lost as to how this program works...u open it and its just the cam...no sort of settings or anything...i cant even stop it...i have to press the exit button...what the hell

how can i make sure its recording...cuz there is no real way of telling...i think im recording stuff and i get 2 sec videos wth
