No matter who's to blame, Sprint or HTC, my main point is that HTC has poor business model of not being open and honest with their customer. They broke promises, such as the mentioned MSVC caller id. Obviously, with the radio overheating, this shouldn't have been an issue at all with Sprint, and HTC should have updated this problem asap so that battery life wasn't suffering so much.
I'm just saying that I'm disappointed and saddened by HTC and this kind of business practice. In a new age of technology, open communication, and increasing business transparency, I expect more from the businesses that I give my money to. HTC let us down in this sense.
If and when I can afford a new TP2, I'm sure I'll go that route since the iPhone will never be an option for me at any point. I guess, for now, I'm stuck with HTC and cryptic and poor customer service. That's the price I pay for loving my SERO plan so much and being so frugal.
