Could someone point me to the thread on flashing an exe ROM. I have unlocked my phone but when i actvi sync the phone with my computer and open the exe ROM, it hour glasses for 20 seconds and does nothing. Please help or direct. Thanks dudes.

Try turning the phone off and holding the volume down, while holding it down, hold donw the power button. You should see a tri-color screen. This is bootloader mode you should be able to sync that way, if you're having a problem with acitve sync. Also make sure your clicking the bootloader mode inside the exe. when i started flashing, I was clicking the wrong icon, and had the same problem. just an fyi
