titanium weather killing volume and its icon??

Im having a weird issue I cant figure out on my own. My volume keeps getting killed by titanium weather. Ive installed the titanium wreather 4.2 and cut the correct file over to have all the icons show up correctly. But it took me like two days to figure out what was making my volume revert to the new manilla2 volume(im runnin the manilla 2.1 port). Its the titanium weather. Whenever I update wweather, it kills the volume. Im installing mortscript4.3b10, so am I using the wrong mortscript or something? When I update weather it reverts back to a different volume, and in turn, un-skins my volume icon. Ive tried reinstalling the taskbar again, and both single and dual volume controls. It will stay correct until my weather updates. Then it reverts back. I install the dualvolume cab, and its fine, until i update titanium weather. Anybody have any suggestions? Sorry, imageshack is down so i cant post screenshots. heres my jpg's.
