Alltel Touch Pro needs replacing, what will happen?

it sucks, i'm still RapeTel(alltel), and what really sucks is that i have to drive back home(2.5 hr)drive just to get help from an alltel store). Thats SC for ya, damn hicks

Just got the touch pro 2 today. I am still on my Friends an Family 10 Family Choice plan according to the invoice. I was also allowed to keep my $29.99 email and web plan (misquoted $25.00 in previous post) which has not been offered by alltel for quite some time.

For those of you who have received phones from verizion did they send instructions on how to return the old phone. In my box there was noting stating I need to return my old phone just an invoice showing what what the original price of the phone was and it being completely discounted. There was a return label in the box but I think it is intended for returning the phone I just received. With alltel they always gave specific instructons what you needed to return and the consequences if you did not return the defective product.

So, has anyone else had Verizon replace an Alltel TP with a TP2? Mine's near its end. I will be fine with another TP, because I love this phone.
