Help with adding panels to titanium
Hello all....i know i run the risk of getting flamed but i have done several searches and havent really found an easy or at least an easy to understand tutorial on how to add panels/plugins to titanium. Im currently using Tf3d but am trying to try out titanium but would like to add a couple things to it (mainly phone alarm and something like a quick program launch, etc) I have noticed that the latest roms i have downloaded have Chome editor in it. I have tried to use it and look for help to no avail.....if anyone can help its greatly apprecaited.

Re: Help with adding panels to titanium
Chome editor isn't pretty but it's easy enough. I'll try to walk you through creating a program shortcut panel. I suggest reading through this first before starting.
Lanch Chome editorOf course if you follow these instructions exactly you'll end up with a google link in your panel, you might change that to something more appropriate ;) Note to Coz: With some of the today screen images posted on this site you remove a LINK? LOL |

Use Chome Editor to create a new panel. Name it CEmail just like I've typed it here DO NOT MISSPELL IT and don't enable the panel. Download the attached file to your phone, rename it CEmail.reg (remove the .txt extension) and run the file. Once finished (you'll see a prompt) enable the panel via CHome, exit (don't just click the X) and when Titanium refreshes your Email panel should be there. |
