Touch Pro crapped out, tps are in backorder, what now?
 

I called to get a warranty exchange on my touch pro and the rep said they are in backorder and i may be able to get one ordered on sept. 28th. What do i do? I plan on going into the alltel store but what should i expect out of that venture? thanks!

see if they will give you a loaner phone till you get your replacement. im pretty sure they will but you will have to use whichever phone they have in the store as a spare. so i wouldnt get my hopes up of it being something super nice.

surely they may have some returns or maybe even a new one they would switch it out with?

its hard to say what they would have. if you have a couple of Alltel stores in your area you could call around and see what each could do for you.

Sorry to hear... My touch pro died Last night andWent into the Sprint store today.. Couldn't be fix.. Had to do an insurance claim.. One is on the way. I should get it tomorrow..

I'd let you borrow my backup cellphone if you lived in NJ, while you wait for your new TP
