Taking a phone to a Sprint Store...

Hi. I have a Touch Pro flashed with Mightyrom6. The keyboard hasn't been working so I want to take it to a Sprint store and see if they can fix it.

The thing I need to know is, will the Sprint people know my phone has been flashed and altered? What is the best way to get this keyboard fixed?

Thanks!

Depends on the Sprint store and if you know the techs. At the Sprint store I go to 2 of the employees have a touch pro and both have flashed them. So they don't care at all that you flashed it just to get something fixed.

If I have to get a replacement I will flash to stock and that's it. I don't relock it.

walk in with a hammer, if they refuse the phone because it has a custom ROM on it then ask for them to clear some counter space then give the phone's screen 4 good whacks with the hammer. Now restart the conversation and say something's gone horribly wrong with your screen and you need the phone replaced.

just reflash the stock rom and relock.
