help with making a sound

hey guys, can someone help tweak this sound please? no matter what i do, it's either too low, or you can't hear the first part since the phone doesn't have that great bass.
i just want it to be louder so i can hear it from my pocket.

Here you go! I pre-amped this by about 15db, hope that's enough. Might be some clipping noticed when played on a PC, but on your phone shoud be fine.

There's a free program called Audacity that you can do all kinds of audio stuff. Like fading, merging, amplify, and a whole lot more. Very easy to use. Just google Audacity, you'll love it! I've been fixing mp3s with it for several years now.
