Will I be charged $100?
 

I too kmy phone to the store and they said they will order a new one and will call on wednesday but the thing is they didnt ask for my name or anything

I have the $7 insurance so will I have to pay $100 for it?

no. with TEP the $100 is only a deductible for insurance claims. when a store determines this is necessary they will put you on the phone with assurion, or have you call them at your convenience.

water damage, or non-standard use/wear&tear

if you drop the phone and the screen breaks, it's likely an insurance claim, but you may get lucky and get a good tech that has the ability to replace the screen. it really can vary and is at the discretion of the tech.
Generally if you don't abuse the system, they take good care of you.

Well I went yesterday the LCD doesnt show anything but when powered on you can see the backlight but nothing on screen.
Guess he broke something, cause now the "vibrate motor" seems like a screw is loose in it.
Went in today same people and he took it in and came out a minute later said they will order one and it will be in wednesday so probably not a new phone but a refurb? Id figure a repair store have these in stock

I was hoping to get the tp2 but that probably wont happen especially on a $30 sero plan
