[Q] Vlingo - Hardware Button Remapping ?

In the DCD ROM he had a way for you to remap the hardware button on the Touch Pro and I need that to get vlingo working on other ROMS

Sorry for posting questions I just got internet on my phone so i'm trying to make the best of it

Re: [Q] Vlingo - Hardware Button Remapping ?

During the installation of Vlingo you have to map a buttton. Installation hangs if u use anything other than long press home button. After program was installed i mapped vlingo back to long press green phone. Maybe you could try Hbutton, or AE button for mapping.

Re: [Q] Vlingo - Hardware Button Remapping ?

When i try to set it up it sends me to setting- button and when i map the send (hold) it said key ?? is nt assigned to vlingo

when i hold the button is just sends me back to the set up

I can't use AE button or Hbutton cause vlingo doesnt redirect me to those programs

Re: [Q] Vlingo - Hardware Button Remapping ?

I recommend keyboard configurator... see this thread:
http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=71233

It allows you to remap any key (keyboard or hard key on the phone) and it just works.
