Backup Entire Phone via PC
Is there any software that allows you to backup your entire phone from the pc since I can not see the screen and it is a problem

SPB backup (http://www.spbsoftwarehouse.com/pock...ftware/backup/) can run from your PC.
You could also use active sync to pull all of your local docs and stuff. The local Sprint store can pull all of your contacts off for you.
