Managing WMP (Configuring Library?)

I'm currently using S2P v.72 beta for music playback. I'm running Titanium (love the simplicity). I use the WMP plug-in for podcasts. Only thing is that I cannot figure out how to manage WMP's library. Each time I update library, it updates EVERY song/file/ringtone, etc. I would like to just have it update 1 folder.

Surely there is a way you can tell WMP which folder(s) to update, but I certainly can't figure it out. Is there a way to configure WMP's library update?

tia,
Skid

Re: Managing WMP (Configuring Library?)

AFAIK, there is no way to change this behavior. If you have any sound files in your SD card, WMP will index them no matter what. The only solution is to manually scan the playlist and delete the individual entries from the playlist (which is not a nice solution if you have a lot of ringtones)

fenix,
Thanks for the reply & confirmation. Stinks since I like using the Titanium WMP panel for podcasts.

If this is my biggest problem today, it's going to be a good one.
Thanks again!

Yah this does suck BIG time.
I end up spending half of my time skipping ringers, clicks, shutter noises then I do listen to music

Yeah, I hope that either S2P or Nitrogen (or someone else) can create a Titanium plug-in (panel) that would have player controls on it. That would be quite-a-nice.
