Voice Ringer For TP? Looking For Software To Download.!!

I was at my relatives house the other day and my cousin has a Sprint Instinct.
His phone rung, and the phone said "Call From (A Certain Name)".
I asked what was the setting and couldnt find it on my Touch Pro
I need help finding out what it is.

Please Help

Enable in voice command

Yeah you can actually have voice command read emails, announce events, and more...

Do a search for Voice command. I used it with my BT headset. Work great
