Can't Get a Rom to Flash - Stuck at 0% Progress

Hello All,

Problem is I cannot get a Rom flashed,

I run mighty 6 or others & after I tell it what rom to flash it puts my phone in the 3 color mode, Then it starts it puts the phone in percentage done screen, stays at 0% never goes up any, then the computer program says failed communication.

I have active sync working fine, & when I restart my phone it goes back to normal.

I even put the phone back to factory settings, still same thing gets stuck at 0% & computer gives a communication error..

I also tried running the SSPL-Manual on the phone & it put it in the tricolor mode, but still wont get past 0%.

I have also tried 3 different computers, same error

Thanks all for your help,

Force

Like I said on your other thread, have you unlocked the phone before flashing?

Re: Can't Get a Rom to Flash - Stuck at 0% Progress

Appreciate your quick reply. I will reread the top thread that goes through unlocking, but I thought it was all one process with the mighty rom & others, just run the app that unlocks & flashes.

Thanks again,

Force

yes the phone will need unlocked

make sure if flashing from a SD card that it has been formatted to FAT32 if not it will not work

if your not flashing from an SD card give that a try

Re: Can't Get a Rom to Flash - Stuck at 0% Progress

Thanks again all, it is like a "new" device. The truth is I was hoping to give it that new feel to hold out for the touch pro 2 price to drop. Might very well be able to do that now that this pro works so well.

Everyone is real freindly here too, nice forums.
