Weather DB Editor for new Manila?

yeah, how about being able to edit the cities listed in the weather program. I tried using the andreas.falke weather database editor but even after i add the cities, they still do not appear in the list on the touch pro program.

^ That's Conflipper's North American Weather Database. It has all the cities and countries.

There's also a Manila 2.1 DB editor on XDA, but I can't find it right now
