question about flashing radios

When you flash a rom, and your computer or phone shuts down for some reason, the phone could possibly brick. Does the same thing happen when you flash a radio? My computer is really buggy at the moment and it sporadically bluescreens. I usually flash roms via microsd. Can you do that for radios?

Re: question about flashing radios

yes you can do that with radios. The only difference is the radio flashing will not hard reset your phone.

Re: question about flashing radios

Most likely, a comm error will not brick your device, it will simply leave it in a state that it will not boot. its pretty difficult to brick one of these things. anything is possible i suppose.
