Re: Lemon Law
Yeah, usually after the fourth replacement you can call bull**** and get a different phone. Alltel might be different than other carriers I've worked for, but 4 replacements = whatever you want.

Yeah, for the most part from what I'm experienced, it' hard as hell to get Sprint to actually swap you to another device. I've heard after 10, you can do it...I've been offered other phones but they're garbage. They wanted to give me a q9c for my mogul, and that was it.

Re: Lemon Law
NO, absolutely not... not as far as laws..
Lemon laws come into play only when the cost of the repair exceeds the intial costs incurred by the consumer... sorry to hear about the issues.... you do know according to what ive read and heard on here, as long as u have the right tool to open it up, the keyboards is really easy just to do yourself.... people r complaining alltel TPs r being replaced with VWZ TPs, thats a bad deal... u may wanna start doing the repair work yourself, before she ends up with an inferior device..

Re: Lemon Law
bought the torx screwdriver, took it apart and no such luck getting it to work ....all 3 ribbons were connected securely and even after re-seating them the problem still persisted. Guess we will see what the rep at the store has to say tomorrow.
