great news!!! it's gunna be a slow day at work...

so in response to my thread of "My Screen is getting "Choppy" all the time " I woke up this morning excited because it seemed my phone was working perfectly again....unfortunantly by the time i got to work the screen is completly dead and everything in the background is still working and running, of course i even had it on vibrate only too so i cant even here if they are calls or txts or emails coming in. it's gunna be a lonmg day here at work today
I also called Sprint since i had an Eticket in to go to a repair center so instead they send me over to the advance replacement center and within 20minutes they are over nighting me a new TP tomorrow!=D>Saturday delivery and everything. of course with the $100 deduct, has anyone else recvd a replacement latley? do we know if they are sending refurbs or new in box Touch Pros???Thanks again for any feedback guys
have a good one,
[b]

I just had to have mine replaced less than 3 weeks ago, and I think that I got a refurb. I had it replaced at the sprint store.

Refurbs... have gotten mine replaced 3 times now twice for defective keyboard and once for camera defect.

First time keyboard went out I got a refurb. (and it took 4 days)
A day later I walked back into the store because the camera had a giant black spot. They gave me a NIB because of my troubles.
This last time I got another refurb because the keyboard went out on that NIB.

I asked the guys at my local Sprint Store if the keyboards going out was a common complaint. They told me I'm the only person whos had the problem locally.... I don't believe that...
