T9 as default for soft keyboard?
 

ABC is always the default when I open the soft keyboard. Is there anyway to specify T9? I couldn't find it in any settings.

Start, Settings, Input. Drop Down menu shows your choices :)

yeah I've found that but I do not see any option there to change the default mode from ABC to T9... am I missing something?

or to make it default back to what was used last would be fine too

It does default to that usually for me. But i havent paid too much attention to what makes it switch. Although sometimes it switches keyboard types randomly, to compact or qwerty even.
