qualcomm driver for mighty rom

when i try to use mightyrom, or any other unlocker, my phone reboots, unlocks then both of computers see the phone as "Qualcomm CDMA Technologies MSM", one is windows 7 and the other xp. both dont find the driver and the update fails.

that thread doesnt help. i've tried manually unlocking but none of the programs work. they are all invalid win 32 apps or some other nonsense error.

someone in the thread had the same problem, the staying at 0% problem, but they dont explain how they fixed it.

if you followed that link i gave you, it explains some software that is needed on your computer to do any flashing or unlocking. You have made no mention of having this needed software, so that's why i gave you that link.

yeah im clueless right now. i the driver that windows is installing is Microsoft USB Sync, even if i uninstall it. after it reboots with the boot loader screen, i see windows show "qualcomm cdma technologies msm" popup in the system tray, but then windows installs the "Microsoft USB Sync" driver. this has to be the issue because not a single program works on either pc.

You should just use the SD card option then all you need the pc for is dling the files and putting them on your micro sd card. When connecting select usb mass storage then transfer the files needed.

Ok turn the phone off, press and hold volume down, press and hold top power button at the same time, let go when a screen pops up, is it a tricolor screen, and does it say something about cmonex or something of the sort.?
