Switches to vertical orientation while texting

Hi,

My touch pro switches to vertical orientation when i start writing a text message after I open the keyboard. Does anyone know how to fix this?

You must be running a custom ROM but if you turn off your Accelator then it shouldn't be a problem anymore. Or another way around this is flip the KB out and then hit menu, reply.

Is it after you flip keyboard out or after you start typing?

If its as you type it is due to the fact that even if you click into the text field once you rotate you have to click in there again, otherwise it searches for contact and kicks back to portrait mode. I believe this is an issue with all TF3d2 roms
