Phone stuck on Touch Pro Splash Screen
 

Ok I am need of some major help. My phone is stuck on the Touch Pro splash screen and has some numbers on the bottom of the screen as well. And thats as far as it gets. Does anyone have any ideas on how to get past this point so that my phone will work again. I would greatly appreciate it.

You need to reflash your phone...

Thanks Asphyx, what if the computer doesn't reconize that the phone is plugged in. I can't sync the phone to computer at all. Do you know of a way to make the computer recognize the phone.

get it into bootloader and the pc should see it... then you can flash it

How do I do that. I tried the hardboot method where I had to hit like 3 buttons and the reset as well and ended up with a major cramp in my hands haha. No but really any advice on the best way to get to the bootloader.

hold the power button and volume down button and then push and release the reset button and continue holding the power and vol button till the bootloader screen is displayed!!

The ROM is bad, try a different one. This happened a lot with PPCKitchen when they first started doing The TP.
