HTCWifi doesn't work?
no matter what i do, i can't seem to get it to actually transmit. Im trying to get another TP to connect but it doesn't see any signal even though Wifi says its working.

Its funny, at least 35 threads a day are people who tried to flash and messed up, or wonder why in the middle of the night their phone up and did a hard reset by 'itself'.

do you mean HTC Wifi Router? I also can't get it to work... same problem as you. many others also have the same problem. works for some ROM's and others (including stock) it apparently doesn't.

Just loaded and did a soft reset on a stock rom on a fresh reflash, doesnt work, yet WMWiFiRouter workes fine tho (loaded it after)...I guess you get what you pay for, not to mention I am not impressed with the lack of settings or the UI for that matter. I will stick to WMWiFiRouter, it is worth the $30 IMHO.

Yea, neither htc ones work. I don't have the money nor the use to pay $30 for that.

Yea, not every can justify to spend it but I bought mine back when I was still rockin a mogul. I use it all the time, it is real handy when you work on other pc's that have wifi connection issues!

It kinda works for me... I usually have to set it up then make it stop (w/o closing it) and then start again, then the laptop will be able to see the new connection...
