Help!How to diable vibration of hard buttons?

Right now my phone do vibration when I press all the hard buttons[include home,dial,cancel,reject,volumn +/-,hard keybord,power button]. How to disabled this? Thanks!

My buttons in personal settings donot have something about vibration setting.I am using sprint stock rom.I will try the registry tersoth told.
