Mapping SoftKeys on screens other than Home screen

I see everyone asking questions about mapping the softkeys on the main page, but is there a way to map the softkeys on the other pages, for example the People Tab or Calendar tab?

Re: Mapping SoftKeys on screens other than Home screen

Oh yea, sorry about that. I'm running Manilla on MightyROM4. The ones I would like to change is RSK in SMS from "Reply" to "Delete" and "All Programs" in the Programs tab to go to "Programs" from the start menu instead of the scrolling TF3D one.
