Need to Reflash, help

It looks like I need to reflash my rom. The GPS can take 15-20 minutes and still not get a fix.

I tried installing QuickGPS but it says "The application is not signed, or a component is missing".

I'm using Groove Rom 23016.

Now normally I wouldn't even post a reflash since it's common, but..

On this rom I've got the Pocket Express News to work. This has only happened on 1 other rom, a long time ago. Every other ROM I get the following error

"There are no news channels available at this time."

Any thoughts?
