try start>settings>system>memory. see if there is a clear storage tab. or just pull the battery and hold down volume down, center button, and power button then follow the incstructions

Re: running ssk and locks up a lot

hard reset= push down and hold center of the OK button and press and hold the soft reset till the gray screen appears. thats all you have to do. vol down is not needed.

ah you're running 6.1 now...right... ok so it should be in memory i think. or the key combo listed above although that's iffy on a lot of verizon phones. mine has never been able to do that one. i can do the other one though. down arrow on keyboard, volume down and reset.
