question about sharing ringtones

is there anyway i can send the free ringtones i have on my phone to my friend through a text message w/o using internet/emails? because my friend dont have internet on her phone so i was wondering if i can share it some how. im using Htc pro 1 and it wont let me send it through picture mail or regular txt message and it says Sprint picture mail does not support this media file when i try to send it through picture mail and it's .gcd file

um.. hmmm...

not really... does she have a sd slot? she could get em that way from you... but you cant attach any files to a txt msg.. and without data you cant do much

There is no way to send data without using the data plan. Texting uses the phone control channel, but it's not really data.

If she doesn't have data, it might be possible to download your ringtone onto a computer then transfer it, or transfer it via bluetooth if your in the same room as her.
