how do i get this mini volume bar to appear?
 

does anyone have a cab or oem that makes this mini volume bar appear when u press the hard keys in video players? ive seen it pop up in youtube and coreplayer when trying energy rom but i'd like to add the same thing to another rom i'm using now that doesn't have it....whats it called? where can i get it?

you only get that volume bar when in video mode

that bar is from htc audio manager but a dif version than the simple one used to play in the background in manila, prolly a dword you can alter in htc keys

i just checked reg after considering what he said about only video and hes right but the key is hklm/software/htc/volume overlay and you just need to add whatever windows class you want it to show in and name it overlayapclassname3 and so on

might wanna try to change the overlay type to 2 if it doesnt werk
