Help with texts

hello everone from ppc geeks can anyone help me ... my phone keeps sending people the same texts like 3 to 7 times ... so if i sand a texts that says hello there other person gets like 5 hello from that one text and it does it to everone i texts ..... any help please thank you guys

You might want to consider doing a hard reset. Have you recently flashed to a new ROM?

yes i just flashed to NFSFAN's WM6.5 B0110 TP ROM do you think its the rom and if so is there any way i can fix it so i can keep that rom i the way it runs and that the 6.5 plugins work with most 6.5 dont .... thanks for the reply

You could try doing a hard reset (or clear storage in system settings) and if that does not fix it then get with the ROM owner.

sprint is notorious for terrible texting.
i used the "roaming only" cab to constantly roam on the verizon network. that fixed this problem for me

alternatively, you could install the radio of another local carrier on to your TP. you can find directions by searching the site.

run the attached cab and reboot> goto phone > menu > options > services > Roaming - get settings and bam...

if you are running wm6.5 the option isn't roaming, it is "network service"

this happens to my friend.
he's on alltel.
same with me.
We've tried mightyrom, (the first time it showed up was with this rom)
then we tried a few others and nfsfan's rom.
All did it.
so it's not the rom.

this use to happen to me with an older phone,
and i called the tech department, and after hours of conversation,
and constantly goingup higher and higher in the chain of command.
I was told to leave my phone off for 24 hours as it resets their info in their servers.
Yes, I know, it was a pain to leave it off that long,
but I left my phone off for 36 hours just to be safe, and it did fix the problem.
So maybe try that.
