quick gps wont download

so quick gps keeps trying to download but keeps failling, any ideas?

go to the phone settings, "start/settings/phone/ 2nd tab on the bottom/ and turn "location" on

OR go download the latest version which will turn location on automatically if it isn't on when you hit download!
