Syncing notes in vista

Is there a special trick to getting Vista to sync notes? It keeps saying Outlook isn't configured but I have it installed.

Do you mean "One Note"? I did not know there was an option. Email, Tasks, Contacts and Calendar only.

No I mean the notes in WM. They should sync with notes in Outlook express but mine will not.
