Stuck in tricolor?

I'm kind of noob at hacking phones etc so forgive me if I'm a little dumb. Also I looked all over the forums and searched but couldn't really find what my issue was, so I'm sorry if this has already been covered. I have the Sprint Touch Pro and recently had to get a warranty phone so I sent the old one back and unlocked/flashed to Energy Rom. It worked fine for a few days until it froze and was in the Touch Pro screen with the red letters (I didn't copy them down). I had all my info on my storage card as well as the rom so I just reflashed it where I was this is where I ran into the issue of getting stuck in the tri-color screen. It worked fine for a bit then I soft reset it for some reason or another and it loaded to the tricolor screen. I wasn't sure if it was the rom or something so I flashed it to Juicy 8 which is what I previously used for a few months with no issues. Well Juicy 8 booted fine and after it did the auto customizing it rebooted to tricolor. I can get it to boot up ocasionally but most of the time its just stuck in tricolor and is driving me nuts. Also it will not connect to usb. All it says on the bootloader ever is serial and not usb. Sorry if this was a long read wanted to make sure you guys had all your info. Also what the tricolor screen is showing is:
