Does the standard TP battery cause a dim, extended doesn't??

Hi,

i have a TP with stock ROM. I've noticed that when I put the standard battery in the device and plug it in to either the wall charging cable or the sync 'n charge cable, regardless of what I set in the external power dimming setting, it is ignored. The device dims after some (unknown to me what that is, wasn't going to sit there with my watch and figure out how long it took before the device dimmed) but it happened every time with the stock battery, but never with the extended battery.

Does anyone know if this is normal?

Can't say that's ever happened to me before. It follows my settings when I have it charging.

turn your settings off click ok then setup your settings again and see if that works.
