Question about backing up contacts and such
After I run PIM Backup, I'm going to flash a new rom onto the phone. Afterwards do I just run PIM again and do a restore? I'm a little confused on what actually gets restored to the phone-- is it my specific info like contacts, email, etc. or actual phone settings that are changed like specific cab files?

i understand i can choose what i want restored but the options are completely clear. i guess the "custom" option isn't clear to me. what is restored in the "custom" option?
