SPB Mobile Shell on WM6.5

Im using DCDs wm6.5 ROM with SPB Mobile SHell 3.0.1 and I am not able to change the color theme on SPB Mobile shell for some reason. Whenever i go to themes and select a different color it stays at blue. Anyone else having simular problems? I want a clean black theme,

i had the same problem on mighty rom 5, then when i flashed to mighty 6, the theme was black
