I didn't ever want to say this, but I work for Verizon...it's an "all" alltel department ran by Verizon.

EDIT: ALLTEL now owned by Verizon...not ran...believe it or not, they still technically exist. It's maybe the worst merge being that everything alltel is nw routed to Verizon but there is an entire division dedicated for Alltel customers being we can't pull up anything Alltel. Patrial reason is to protect your original contract over the phone's subsidized discount and the tersm you agreed to by staying on the contract after the merger.
