OK. You verified remote desktop works on your internal network first?

What are you trying to do? Connect to your desktop from your Touch Pro and it is failing Touch Pro side, but working everywhere else? Or is it just failing period? If the latter you should be posting a lot more information about the computer so we can assist you.

well ive RD to other computer and my touch pro wont connnect to it i have xp pro service pack 3

What is this? Are you trying to control your TP from your computer? If so just go snatch a program called NoviiRemote, works awesome, but it's only a trial period of like 5 days until you buy a license for it.

IF you have a firewall disable it or configure it to allow remote connections.
