Manilla files?

can someone kindly direct me to the manilla files that Mighty uses in his rom. i have tried other version but none seems to have the same options as his. all have some options, but none like his? thanks in advance!

Go to the Mightyrom 4 final release and download his OEMs...
His Manila is in there!
I believe he is using the same Manila in the 6.5 But ask in his MR6 thread to be sure!
