problem turning on my phone

hey guy i have a problem with my phone, i was wondering if you guy could help me. my previous phone broke and i had to change it cus the keyboard went bad. the had to give me a new one. i had this new one for 2 months now and is giving me a lot of problems. the major problem is that the keyboard sometimes doesnt want to work. and other times it works like nothing. the other problem is that it freezes, so i have to turn it off or sometimes do a soft reset to be able to use it. but the bad part is that when im turning it up it would get stuck in the green screen and wont boot. so i try turning it off and on the it resets itself to new. this is the second time i lost all my information. i was asking you guys if you have any ideas before i go again to the store to change it. thank you very much

Stock rom?, if so try a hard reset(back up your info) if that doesnt work take it back.

yep, if a hard reset isnt curing it take it back. but, try to flash the stock rom back(if you have changed it) and see if the problem goes away.

the hard reset didnt work cus i hard rested it self the two times it really got stuck. and how do i flash the stock room? and also where do i go to back up my contacts ? thanks for your help.

i use PIM for backups. the stock rom should be somewhere in the rom forum at the top of the TP main page.

Are you in a signal restricted area or running an email program when this happens?

This mainly happens when i am going to text. and yes my office here has very little signal.

I notice when I am in a signal restricted area that it may take a couple of tries to get it going. I generally just leave it alone and move along. I have reset it and most of the time the problem continues when I am in those areas.
