i hear you, i stole my wifes 2gb from her instinct and keep my 1gb for making and flashing roms at work.

did you unistall and reinstall device center?

yes, like three times. man i think might be because i have a 64 bit pc

well, newegg or wallymart has a 1gb microsd for less than $10. get that and use it sticktly for flashing. considering once you flash a rom, you will soon be cooking, and flashing the newest build everyother day, its a good investment

i forgot, you could try compatibilty mode on your pc. dont have 64 so im just guessing.

and in no way iinsuting your intelligence but right click on device center, properties, compatibility, and try xp and see what happens

the thing i dont understand is people say you have to use a 2gig or lower to flash when i have a 4gb sdhc card that i just used to flash a week ago.

Doesn't give me the option of compatibility when I go into properties.

im posting from my phone but i did a google search for "wmdc 64 bit sync" and there are tons of postings so you may want to continue your search there

Dude I had this problem last week....fawk it's SO frustrating!

I tried EVERYTHING...but in the end I had to hard reset, then it started working perfectly again.

Try going to activesync on your phone and disabling advanced network functionality. I don't think it will work for you, but you might as well try if you haven't already. Like I said, I was so pissed...I gave up hope and hard reset, without expecting it to work, but it did, so 'sall good now
