op, are you using pop3? i got a new tp and had gmail on my other tp but gmail wouldn accept my password on new tp, there is a fix for this if thats your problem. pm me if you need any help.

whats the difference between pop3 and imap4? i always set my gmail account to imap4

Imap reflects any changes to your account that you make either on your phone or on your computer. pop3 does not do this....

The opinion of many, outweighs the opinion of one???? oh wait...that's how obama got into office....

Anyhooooo...I like IMAP personally, and it works pretty decently with Gmail. Problem with POP3 is unless you specifically tell it to keep a message on the server, if you lose your phone, your mail is gone.

ive used imap since i had my phone. for some reason one time when i flashed a rom it was set to pop3 and it didnt work as good as my imap did. i also use imap with gmail and its awesome

One thing I hate about the WM phones, is that they are preconfiged for POP3 with gmail. I have to basically set a bogus email account, then set all the servers, then go back and change my email address. Only major gripe though...

Thats how everyone gets elected. What is a political party or stance if not a group of people with similar opinions about things.
