50$ insurance deductible ?

i just did my insurance claim because i got a bit of water damage on my screen.

so i was looking stuff up online to see if i could get it done free or something, but i couldnt find anything. so i went straight to sprint, and there was a link to this

and so i filled out my information and everything and they said the phone was a UT STARCOM 6850 and i was like wuut and so i googled it and it was the touch pro ofcourse, and then it said if that was the phone i wanted to replace, and then it said it had one in stock to replace so i clicked continue. then it told me my deductible was 50 bucks and i was like what??? i was happy, save 50 bucks lol

then later i went to the same sight to check the deductible from

and it said it was 100 bucks

any ideas? good way to save 50 bucks for a new to me touch pro?
i have total coverage btw

the deductible changed to $100 bucks a few months back. Hopefully you put the order through when it said the charge was only $50.

yea i did and it gave me the summary and it said only $50

so i saved the page and if they charge 100 im gonna fight it with the page lol

only nice thing about the verizon take takeover is our insurance is going DOWN from 95 dollars to 50 or 75 i believe.

A couple months ago my Sprint TP had water damage and I had insurance replace it, they were supposed to charge me $50 bucks but I never got billed. In fact, I had signed up with assurion and didn't get billed either until finally I got it resolved and they started to charge me 7 dollars a month. It seems like Sprint isn't very organized with their billing.

not gonna happen... our carriers are NOT asurion, therefore your carrier cant reduce what asurion charges you.
