has anyone had luck with a refurb?

have any of you guys on here had any luck with a refurb? i ordered my new phone this morning and idk if its gonna be a new one or a refurb. just trying to find out if anyone has had a better experience with a refurb or their original touch pro.

my refurb I just got seems fine...I had a little trouble trying to unlock it but I got it unlocked eventually. Mabe because it was the newer software for the verizon tp and I have vista...hmmm

i just got a refurb last week and its crap the the film on the capacitive senor is pealing wifi doesnt work and the keyboard works when it wants to. jk cant tell its a refurb at all

you"d know if it was NIB it will say "kit" or "new" in the confirmation email

i was a little upset when they told me they would send me a refurb but it's just as good as both of my brand new ones. Only thing that sucks is it didn't come with a screen protector.
