how to send email from a separate address

i use gmail,
i have multiple emails forwarding to the one main account that i actually check

it is this MASTER gmail email account that i check on my phone,
but if someone was to send me an email to one of my child email accounts, i can only reply back to them with this MASTER gmail account address,

is there any way around this?
or is there a gmail app that i can use on the phone in place of outlook to acheive these features?

So to be clear, you just want multiple email accounts on your phone that you can send messages from?
If that's so, you can go to your "Master" email account which I assume you set up through TF3D. then go to Menu > Tools > New Account. Then go through the process of setting up another account. As far as I know, you can have multiple accounts on your phone.

Re: how to send email from a separate address

I think you are using the gmail like i am, all my accounts go to gmail....yahoo/rr/hotmail

I have it to use "Reply from the same address the message was sent to"

Sign in to your Gmail Account..........Under settings/accounts:

When receiving a message:
(x)Reply from the same address the message was sent to
(x)Always reply from default address (currently *********@gmail.com)

I think you have "checked" the "Always reply from default address (currently *********@gmail.com)"

Re: how to send email from a separate address

i have it set to "reply from same address" on gmail on the website,

but if i try replying on my phone it doesn't do it, just my MASTER account fills in,

i tried it going through regular outlook, emails, or now by using SEVEN

and i can't get it to work regardless,

any way around it?

Re: how to send email from a separate address

then i think our stuck... i ran into this awhile back...

my work around was just setting up all my accounts and using the send/recieve all cab from xda so my accounts all sync at once instead of constantly send/recieving due to my 4 accounts being set to every 5min

Re: how to send email from a separate address

Sorry about that guys, it looks like it is only when replying via web base......well I guess I was sending all my emails also with the gmail account. you can do what boardandtattooed said in the above post.

The "Long Ways" is to bookmark "Gmail" login and replay via the browser...I know for sure it works that way since it will be a web base reply and I tried it already..lol 8)
